In globalization era all kinds of things developing faster, especially in technology and science, so it can not be denied that it takes a teacher who has the ability to generate the next generation who can to face and to compete in the rapid development period,
here that needs to be a new learning mechanism, which originally focused only on the books but now must have a global orientation and able to support students in understanding the lessons
I agree by what Mr. MARSIGIT presented about the need for competence development of teachers with lesson study activities and PTK (Classroom Action Research) because by using this methods such as a teacher would contributes direct investigate, observe what become an obstacle the students so that students were much more easily in understanding the material, in addition with the lesson Study method and PTK a teacher is also expected not only as educators but also able to act as a facilitator in supporting student of learning so that teachers must also be required to master the technology and the development of information globally, with the learning methods like the above are expected to further enhance the professionalism of teachers so as to produce the next generation of quality
